Job summary

Monadelphous is seeking an experienced Area Manager to lead project delivery and maintenance activities across the Chinchilla region in Queensland. The role focuses on client relationship building, operational performance, and driving continuous improvement within a safety-conscious culture.

Based in Chinchilla, this permanent full-time position offers leadership with significant autonomy and the potential for relocation assistance for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in construction, maintenance, energy, infrastructure, resources, or heavy industry sectors.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary projects involving civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, or pipeline works.
• Strong commercial acumen: budgeting, forecasting, estimating, and contract management.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the safe and successful delivery of projects and contracts across the Chinchilla region.
• Oversee operational performance, workforce planning, project execution, and resource management.
• Maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary contact for contract delivery.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Area Manager to join our team in Chinchilla, Queensland.

As part of the leadership team responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of projects and maintenance activities across the region while developing strong client relationships and identifying opportunities for future growth.
