Job summary

Monadelphous is seeking an experienced Area Manager to join our team in Chinchilla, Queensland. You will lead delivery of projects and maintenance across the region, build strong client relationships, and identify opportunities for future growth.

This on-site role offers a permanent full-time opportunity with significant autonomy, a focus on safety and continuous improvement, and support for relocation for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience within construction, maintenance, energy, infrastructure, or heavy industry.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary projects (civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, or pipeline).
• Strong commercial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, estimating, and contract management.
• Excellent organisational, scheduling, and stakeholder management skills.
• Focus on safety, people leadership, and operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with safe and successful delivery of projects and contracts across the Chinchilla region.
• Oversee operational performance, workforce planning, project execution, and resource management.
• Maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary contact for contract delivery.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Area Manager to join our team in Chinchilla, Queensland.

As part of the leadership team responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of projects and maintenance activities across the region while developing strong client relationships and identifying opportunities for future growth.

Key Responsibilities will include:
