Job summary

X Convenience in Australia seeks an Area Manager to oversee end-to-end performance of a portfolio of X Convenience locations, including Commission Agent and Company Operated sites. You will provide leadership and coaching to site teams while ensuring consistent execution of operational standards, commercial initiatives, compliance, and customer experience programs across the network.

Reporting to the Senior Retail Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end performance of a portfolio of X Convenience locations, including both Commission Agent and Company Operated sites. You will provide leadership and coaching to site teams while ensuring the consistent execution of operational standards, commercial initiatives, compliance requirements, and customer experience programs across the network.

• A current driver's licence and willingness to travel regularly throughout South Australia and occasionally interstate.
