Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead whole-school improvement initiatives aligned with the strategic plan.
• Coordinate curriculum planning and delivery across centres.
• Provide professional development and development plans for teaching staff.
• Oversee staff performance and development activities.
• Deliver teaching demonstrations and model exemplary practice.
• Develop and implement school assessment and reporting policies.
• Lead school operations related to student welfare and discipline.
• Support curriculum development in key learning areas.
• Manage compliance with Child Safety Standards across centres.
• Collaborate with host schools and local communities on language provision.
