You will lead strategic planning, oversee operations, and cultivate a culture of service excellence across locations, ensuring brand standards are consistently delivered.

• Strong commercial acumen with revenue management experience.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio Leadership: Direct oversight of multiple hotel properties within a region.
• Lead & Inspire: Motivate and develop high-performing teams across properties, talent pipeline, operational efficiency across hotels and fostering a culture of service excellence.
• Drive Performance: Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including guest experience, revenue management, sales performance, financial performance, and strategic planning.
• Champion Brand Standards: Ensure each property delivers a consistent and memorable Lancemore experience while embracing its unique identity.
• Build Strong Partnerships: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders.
• Enhance Guest Experience: Lead by example, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction across all locations.

As The Area General Manager, You Will

• A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle to travel between properties as needed.
