Job description

B2 Architecture is a new practice, with a proud history. Building on the work of the highly regarded Baade Harbour Australia, B2 is out to make the world a better place – designing spaces and places that encourage us all to think better, do better and be better.

Specialising in projects that span education, community, health, commercial, industrial and residential, our work takes many different forms – from new builds, to modular builds, upgrades, additions and complete refurbishments. Our focus is squarely on using design to shape the way people engage and interact, while embracing better building methods, products and processes to create better environmental outcomes.

The ongoing success and growth of the practice means that we’re now on the hunt for an experienced Architectural Graduate to join our dynamic, supportive and experienced team in our Richmond office.

About the role

Ensure that all relevant Acts, Regulations, Codes, Standards, Plans of Development and Developer Covenants are complied with in the course of project documents.

Liaise with other consultants involved in projects, including Surveyors, Engineers, Private Certifiers, Town Planners, Local Council and other suppliers.

Collaborate with the design team and contribute to design solutions.

Work autonomously as well as part of a team with minimal direction

You’ll enjoy being part of a young, energetic and supportive team where you’ll be given lots of opportunities to grow, develop and contribute to projects.

The successful applicant will have:
