CADDS Group in Perth is seeking an experienced Architectural Designer with advanced Revit skills to join our team. This ad-hoc FIFO role delivers concept through construction documentation for residential, commercial, mining, and industrial projects.

You will collaborate with architects, designers and engineers to produce accurate drawings while adhering to Australian codes and construction processes. A minimum of 3 years’ Australian experience as an architectural draftsperson is required.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Australia as an Architectural Draftsperson.
• Proficiency in Revit – essential.
• Strong knowledge of Australian building codes, standards and regulations.
• Background in Non-Process Infrastructure (NPI) projects – highly regarded.
• Portfolio demonstrating design and documentation quality required.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Designer to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will play a key role in delivering innovative services across multiple design packages, including residential, commercial, mining, and industrial projects.

This role is based in Perth CBD and includes occasional company-supported site visits, typically ranging from a single day to 1–2 nights on a required basis. These visits give you valuable on-the-ground exposure, the chance to see your designs come to life, stay connected to design intent and construction outcomes, and gain hands–on experience that supports your professional growth. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to meaningful, top-tier projects while collaborating with an innovative and supportive team with competitive salary offering at $90,000 based per annum, exclusion of Superannuation.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Designer with advanced Revit skills to join our team. This position is offered on an ad-hoc FIFO (Fly-In Fly-Out) on a required basis, providing flexibility while contributing to exciting residential, commercial, and construction projects.

• Experience or knowledge of Elumtools – advantageous.
• Strong understanding of Australian building codes and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to work in an ad‑hoc FIFO capacity when required.
• A portfolio showcasing your experience and documentation quality - required.
