Job summary

Populous is seeking an experienced Architectural 2IC in Sydney to support leadership and delivery of a city-defining project across Planning, Façade & Roof, Bowl and Structural & MEP packages. You will coordinate multiple workstreams, manage interfaces and ensure alignment with the architectural vision.

The role requires Master’s in Architecture, 5+ years’ experience, strong BIM/Revit skills, and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Architecture from a recognised university.
5+ years' professional experience in an architectural practice.
Experience on complex architectural projects through design, documentation and delivery.
Strong BIM, Revit capability; Rhino and Grasshopper desirable.
Good understanding of NCC and Australian standards.
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and coordinate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and deliver complex architectural projects across multiple workstreams.
Lead multidisciplinary coordination meetings, design reviews and workshops.
Maintain alignment of discipline outcomes with the architectural vision.
Provide architectural input into planning, sequencing and delivery strategies.
Mentor and support architects, designers and project team members.
Promote collaboration between architectural and specialist teams.
