Job summary

FK’s Sydney studio is seeking an experienced Architect with Class 2 experience preferred to join the team. You will engage with project teams through all phases and prepare architectural documentation to a high standard.

We’re looking for 4+ years in architectural practice, registration as an Architect, and strong Revit/BIM skills, with knowledge of Australian standards for residential projects. Excellent communication and the ability to handle multiple priorities are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in architectural practice with leading multi-residential projects.
• Registered Architect with relevant Australian credentials.
• Strong Revit proficiency with BIM and documentation experience.
• Solid understanding of multi-residential design, delivery, and compliance.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of Australian Standards and residential codes.
• Collaborative, solution-focused mindset with ability to manage priorities under pressure.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Architect with Class 2 experience preferably (but we would consider all sectors) to join our Sydney studio.

What You’ll Do

• You’ll engage with project teams throughout all phases, bringing expertise in large-scale projects and proficiency in Revit to prepare architectural documentation.
• You’ll maintain strong stakeholder relationships and demonstrate excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with confidence and maturity.
• Manage multiple priorities, working effectively under pressure, and making informed, timely decisions.
• Effectively coordinate project consultants.

What You’ll Bring

• 4+ years experience in architectural practice with demonstrated success leading multi-residential projects.
• Registered Architect
• Strong proficiency in Revit, with proven BIM and documentation experience.
