RFA Architects in Sydney is seeking an Architect and/or Interior Architect to lead and contribute to retail fit-out and residential projects. Depending on experience, you’ll run projects independently or as part of a team, delivering high-quality documentation and design delivery within tight timeframes.

You should hold a qualification in Architecture or Interior Architecture, have strong REVIT and AutoCAD skills, be familiar with the BCA and Australian Standards, and enjoy liaising with clients

• Strong REVIT skills (we're a Revit design office).
• Solid AutoCAD skills.
• Working knowledge of the BCA and relevant Australian Standards.
• High-quality drafting and technical skills with great attention to detail.
• Proven experience managing projects from concept through to construction documentation.

Ready to make your mark on an expanding architectural practice in Crows Nest?

We're looking for a motivated Architect and/or Interior Architect to join our team delivering retail fit out projects and residential architecture work. Whether you're an experienced professional ready to lead your own projects, or a capable designer or documenter looking to grow within a supportive team of architects and interior architects, we'd like to hear from you.

The role

Depending on your experience, you'll either run projects independently or work within a team, producing high-quality documentation and contributing to design delivery. Our projects move at pace, so you'll be comfortable working to tight timeframes and implementing corporate design standards for our clients.

About you

A qualification in Architecture, Interior Architecture or Architectural Drafting

Strong REVIT skills (we're a Revit design office) and solid AutoCAD skills

Working knowledge of the BCA and relevant Australian Standards

High-quality drafting and technical skills with great attention to detail

Proven experience managing projects from concept through to construction documentation

Initiative, and a desire to deliver quality outcomes efficiently

Confidence liaising with clients, consultants and contractors
