The YMCA Victoria in Strathmerton, Victoria is seeking a part-time Team Leader to manage a small team and ensure high-quality delivery of programs and services at the Strathmerton aquatic facility. You will lead, inspire and supervise staff to meet standards and provide excellent customer service.

Applicants should have strong admin skills, attention to detail, and prior experience as a duty manager or lifeguard.

Formación

• Admin and organisational skills essential.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in admin tasks.
• Experience leading a small team is required.
• Duty manager or lifeguard exposure is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage teams in assigned areas to ensure service delivery meets standards.
• Inspire and motivate staff while enforcing policies and procedures.
• Assist Manager on Duty with rostering and customer/staff support across the facility.
• Oversee lifeguard duties and ensure safety protocols are followed.
