Job summary

YMCA Victoria in Nathalia is seeking a part-time team leader to manage and lead staff across the facility. You will help ensure programs and services meet standards and support the Manager on Duty roster.

Applicants should have admin skills, attention to detail, and prior experience as a duty manager or lifeguard. The role offers an hourly rate up to AUD 33.87 plus super, with flexible rostering.

Qualifications

• Provide CPR and First Aid as required for pool environments.
• Hold Aquatic Lifeguard Certificate to supervise aquatic facilities.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and safety awareness in a public facility.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams across assigned areas and ensure high service standards.
• Support Manager on Duty with customer and staff coverage.
• Manage rostering and shift scheduling during peak times.
