Job summary

Belgravia Leisure is seeking an enthusiastic Aquatic Duty Manager for Winchelsea Swimming Pool in VIC. The role suits qualified, friendly individuals who are not afraid to roll up their sleeves and contribute to a positive atmosphere.

You will be available mornings, evenings and weekends, with training offered in lifeguarding and first aid. Police Check and Working with Children Check are required, along with strong communication and safety awareness.

Qualifications

• Ability to confidently swim 200m.
• Police Check clearance is required.
• Working with Children Check is required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Solid understanding of OHS and public safety within a facility.

Responsibilities

• Be available to work mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Assist with delivering a high standard of customer service at the pool.
• Support venue operations and safety practices under supervision.
