Job summary

Belgravia Leisure is seeking a friendly and proactive Aquatic Duty Manager for Winchelsea Swimming Pool in Victoria. The role requires a positive attitude, reliability, and the ability to work mornings, evenings and weekends as a casual position with potential to move to part-time.

Applicants must be able to swim 200m, pass a police check and a Working with Children check, and possess strong communication and safety awareness within a public facility.

Qualifications

• Able to swim 200m confidently.
• National police check required.
• WWCC required for working with children.

Responsibilities

• Support the Venue Manager in daily operations and safety
• Provide excellent customer service and communication with pool patrons
• Assist with attracting and retaining clients and improving the centre atmosphere
