Job summary

Belgravia Leisure is seeking enthusiastic Duty Managers to join the team at VIC, Yawa Aquatic Centre – Rosebud. You will co-ordinate day-to-day operations with a strong focus on safety, service delivery, and positive patron experiences across all shifts.

Ideal candidates will have First Aid Level 2, CPR, WWCC, Police Check, Lifeguard and Pool Operations certificates, with a flexible ability to cover mornings, evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Current First Aid (Level 2) and CPR are required.
• National Police Check and Working with Children Check are required.
• Pool Lifeguard Certificate and Pool Operations Certificate (preferred) are required or pursued.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day facility operations with emphasis on safety and service delivery.
• Engage with patrons to ensure a safe and enjoyable visit.
• Communicate effectively with diverse ages and abilities across shifts.
