Job summary

YMCA Victoria is seeking a part-time Team Leader to manage and lead teams across our pools and recreation facilities. You will ensure delivery of programs meets standards, lead by example, and support staff under the Manager on Duty roster.

The role requires lifeguard experience, strong admin skills, and the ability to commit to a regular pattern of work with seasonal peak hours. Up to AU$33.87/hour plus super.

Qualifications

• Essential CPR and First Aid certificates required.
• Lifeguard qualification for aquatic facilities preferred.
• Experience as duty manager and understanding of risk management valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams in assigned areas to meet standards and policies.
• Assist Manager on Duty roster and provide support to customers and staff.
• Role involves regular rostered hours with seasonal peak-time coverage.
