Cumberland City Council is hiring an Aquatic Centre Team Leader to oversee operations and programs at Council’s Aquatic Centres. You will deliver high-quality customer service, ensure safe and well-presented facilities, and lead a multi-site team across the LGA.
The role is permanent and full-time, with a 70-hour fortnight and an option for an RDO. Travel across Council worksites is required, with duties at Swim Centres.

Council’s Assets, Capital and Facilities unit sits within the City Services directorate and focuses on the beautification of the Cumberland LGA. Cumberland City Council owns five (5) and operates four (4) Aquatic and Leisure Centre facilities across the LGA which provide recreational services to our community.
In contributing to the overarching vision, the Aquatic Centre Team Leader is to ensure the efficient and effective operation and management of the Aquatic Centres, including Aquatic programs, at Council by providing patrons and hirers with high-quality customer service and clean, safe, friendly and well-presented facilities.

The salary and conditions of employment are in accordance with the NSW Local Government (State) Award.
