Cumberland City Council is hiring an Aquatic Centre Team Leader to oversee operations and programs at Council’s Aquatic Centres. You will deliver high-quality customer service, ensure safe and well-presented facilities, and lead a multi-site team across the LGA.

The role is permanent and full-time, with a 70-hour fortnight and an option for an RDO. Travel across Council worksites is required, with duties at Swim Centres.

Qualifications

• Must meet stated criteria in the role; relevant certificates and licences held.
• Experience in operating aquatic and leisure facilities is essential.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities are required.
• Sound knowledge of WHS practices and industrial relations is needed.

Responsabilités

• Ensure efficient operation and management of Aquatic Centres and programs.
• Provide patrons and hirers with high-quality customer service.
• Maintain clean, safe, and well-presented facilities.
• Travel across council worksites as required and work across multiple Swim Centres.
