City Venue Management (CVM) is seeking a hands-on 2IC/Team Leader to manage Colmslie Aquatic Centre & Health Club. You will lead the lifeguard and duty manager team, coordinate rostering, monitor water quality and ensure safety across all areas of the centre.

You will report to the Facility Manager and drive customer experience while upholding high standards of aquatic safety, staff training and service delivery.

Qualificações

• Strong understanding of lifeguarding, supervision requirements and aquatic safety.
• Confident communication skills with staff, patrons and partners.
• Excellent time management and ability to stay organised in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Overseeing pool plant operations, daily checks and water quality management.
• Leading lifeguards and duty managers and supporting all staff as part of the leadership team.
• Monitoring aquatic supervision standards and ensuring safe supervision modes.
• Supporting the Facility Manager with rostering and administrative tasks.
• Keeping the venue clean, organised and presented to a high standard.
• Responding to first aid needs and emergency situations with confidence.
• Assisting with customer enquiries, complaints and general patron support.
• Supporting sales activity across Learn To Swim, squads, and memberships.
• Helping run staff training sessions across aquatic safety, customer service and pool plant.
