Job summary

GoSourcing is assisting a Federal Government client in recruiting Test Engineers to determine and conduct testing activities validating system design and behaviour. APS5 Test Analysts provide guidance to junior testers, plan work under supervision and operate in a hybrid environment across multiple Australian states.

Qualifications

• Ability to design, develop and execute acceptance tests per guidelines.
• Provide guidance on testing methods and tools, and ensure adherence to standards.
• Experience in both manual and automated testing across systems and services.
• Evaluate usability and user experience to inform design decisions.

Responsibilities

• Execute assigned test cases at various testing stages and on appropriate platforms.
• Develop test plans, test cases, data and requirements under guidance from specifications.
• Analyse and report on test activities, issues and risks to senior staff.
• Contribute to team improvements, tools, processes and test automation.
