Job summary

• Support the development and maintenance of logistics assurance procedures, process maps, work instructions and governance documentation.

The Role
As the APS 6 Logistics Assurance Business Analyst, you will contribute to Defence logistics compliance and assurance through the application of business intelligence and data analysis. This position supports the delivery of inventory assurance programs, including stocktake, compliance and performance reporting and monitoring to strengthen inventory accountability, logistics governance and informed decision-making across Defence.

About our Team
The Directorate of Logistics Assurance Programs (DLAP) provides the Defence Logistics Authority with capability to influence logistics performance across Defence. To do this, DLAP executes within the Defence Inventory and Asset Assurance Framework to measure the health of the overall Defence inventory at the organisational level. DLAP is responsible to enabling technical control over Defence logistics compliance and assurance through processes, systems interpretation, stakeholder engagement, reporting and logistics performance analysis.
