Job summary

Bank Australia is seeking a Manager Prudential Reporting to lead APRA prudential reporting, ensure regulatory governance, and drive strategic improvements across reporting architecture and data capabilities. You will work with Finance, Risk, Data and IT teams to deliver accurate, on-time reporting and support major regulatory initiatives.

With a focus on governance, controls and data quality, you will manage key stakeholders and contribute to continuous improvement across regulatory reporting

Qualifications

• Experience in banking, finance or accounting within a regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of APRA prudential standards and reporting requirements.
• Analytical, detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Commitment to Bank Australia’s purpose, values and B Corp ethos.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Bank's APRA prudential reporting framework, ensuring regulatory governance and attestations are met.
• Oversee timely preparation, review and submission of prudential and external regulatory reports.
• Design and enhance reporting operating models, data lineage, controls and architecture.
• Partner with Finance, Risk, Data, IT and external providers to deliver regulatory initiatives.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, auditors and industry bodies.
• Develop analytics and insights to improve financial assurance and reporting quality.
