The Apprentice Experience & Retention Officer will collaborate across the organisation and with industry partners to monitor and support apprentice progress, ensuring they receive timely assistance with welfare, wellbeing, workplace, training and other personal issues that may be a barrier to their success. The role will also be responsible for delivering mental health training and support initiatives, helping apprentices and relevant staff build greater awareness, confidence and capability in recognising and responding to mental health and wellbeing needs.
