Job summary

BUSY At Work, part of The BUSY Group, invites applications for an Apprenticeship Field Officer in NSW. The role focuses on promoting and delivering Australian Apprenticeship Support Services, generating commencements through business development and account management while building strong relationships with employers, apprentices, RTOs and schools.

You will work from home in NSW until 30 June 2028 with extension potential, provided a successful recruitments program and ongoing performance

Qualifications

• Experience in Australian Apprenticeship Support Services or related VET organisation is highly regarded.
• Ability to develop and maintain a client base to meet KPIs.
• Passion for building sustainable working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Promote and deliver BUSY At Work’s Australian Apprenticeship Support Services.
• Generate commencements through business development and account management.
• Develop relationships with Employers, Apprentices, RTOs, Schools and agencies.
• Visit employers and apprentices/trainees using provided tools (phone, laptop, vehicle).
• Be part of an extended service team to drive outcomes.
• Full time fixed term role based in NSW, working from home until 30 June 2028.

About the Role…

The purpose of this position is to promote and deliver the services of BUSY At Work’s Australian Apprenticeship Support Services; by generating Australian Apprenticeships commencements through business development and account management activities.

As an Apprenticeship Field Officer, you will develop business relationships with Employers, Apprentices, Registered Training Organisations, Schools, Job Network agencies and other stakeholders; fostering these relationships to ensure sustainable performance outcomes. You will be provided with the tools of the trade (Phone, Laptop & Vehicle) where you will also undertake contact visits to employers and apprentices/trainees where required; and participate as a member of an extended service team.

This is a full time, fixed term role based in NSW Working from home until 30 June 2028 with possibility of extension.

Desired Skills and Experience

A bit about your experience…

• Prior experience within an Australian Apprenticeship Support Services or other related vocational education and training (VET) organisation will be highly regarded
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain a client base through business development and account management to meet and conform to Key Performance Indicators
• Have a passion for developing sustainable working relationships
• Ability to obtain a Blue Card and National Police Check with no outcomes
