The BUSY Group, through BUSY At Work, is seeking an Apprenticeship Support Services Account Coordinator on a part-time, fixed-term basis until 24 December 2026. Based in Southport with hybrid work, you will support the Australian Apprenticeship Support Services (AASS) program, answer enquiries, maintain records, coordinate large corporate accounts and partner with BUSY At Work Field Officers.

As our Apprenticeship Support Services Account Coordinator, you’ll be the friendly, reliable go‑to for clients, apprentices and internal teams — helping keep the Australian Apprenticeship Support Services (AASS) program running seamlessly. The roles includes:
Responding to AASS enquiries with professionalism, clarity and a customer‑first mindset
Maintaining accurate records across electronic and hard‑copy systems to ensure data integrity
Coordinating large corporate accounts and supporting ongoing relationship management
Partnering with BUSY At Work Field Officers to drive product uptake and deliver exceptional service
Providing day‑to‑day admin support to keep operations running smoothly
