Job summary

Adaptalift Group in Sydney, NSW, is offering an Apprentice Mobile Plant Technician role for a February 2027 start. You will diagnose, service, maintain and repair equipment in workshops and on-site, learning from experienced mechanics.

From day one you earn above-award pay while you complete a fully paid Certificate III in Mobile Plant Technology over a four-year apprenticeship, with expert mentorship and safety gear provided throughout.

Qualifications

• You must be 18 or turning 18 soon.
• You must have an interest in mechanics and enjoy dismantling and reassembling machinery.
• You enjoy working with your hands and have experience using different tools.
• You have a driver’s license and reliable transport.
• You possess a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a safety-first mindset.
• You are a team player with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn to diagnose problems, service, maintain, and repair equipment in workshops and in the field.
• Gain real-world experience from day one by working with experienced mechanics.
• Complete practical TAFE coursework fully funded by us.
