At Yes Group, you’ll be part of a company that values Innovation, Care, Trust, and Taking Action. We’re fast‑growing and proud to combine medical supplies with cutting‑edge technology to deliver exceptional service.

Your Role

As our Business Development Manager, your role is pivotal in our growth journey. Key responsibilities include:

  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide weekly reports on sales progress, pipeline status, and client updates to the National Sales Manager. Analyse data to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and sales support teams. Participate in cross‑department meetings focused on strategy, planning, and customer experience to amplify overall business performance.
  • Budget Management: Manage and work within your allocated expense budget responsibly to maximize your contribution to company performance.

Who thrives here?

You’ll excel if you embody our core attributes:

  • Humble: You share credit, celebrate team success, and prioritize collective goals over ego.
  • Hungry: Self‑motivated and driven, you proactively seek new challenges and continuous learning.
  • People Smart: You have excellent interpersonal skills, intuitive judgement, and know how to navigate group dynamics effectively.
Why you will love working here?
  • Be part of an exciting company combining medical innovation and technology.
  • Your ideas matter.
  • Play a key part in our future, drive new business, help onboard new clients, and strengthen relationships with existing partners.
  • Work closely with awesome colleagues across sales, marketing, and supply chain.
  • Engage in a culture of shared success, learning, and fun.

We have a collaborative, results‑driven and high‑performance team culture, balanced with a trusting amount of individual autonomy and flexibility.

  • Identify and attend relevant conferences and events across the Oceania, APAC and North American region to build client leads.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision‑makers and influencers within client organizations to promote the company’s services and capabilities.
