Job summary

TAFE SA in Adelaide (Regency campus) seeks an Apprentice Liaison Officer to provide specialist case management for apprentices and their employers, guiding them through the apprenticeship journey.

You will work within an Education Program, manage a high caseload, and build relationships across the Australian Apprenticeship and VET sectors.

A WWCC is required; the role is full-time, fixed-term until 29 December 2028, salary ASO5 with super, based on Kaurna Country.

Qualifications

• Experience building and maintaining relationships across the Australian Apprenticeship or VET sector.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and conflict management skills.
• Ability to work independently and with others, prioritise and analyse complex information.
• Commitment to compliant, solution‑oriented recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist case management to apprentices and their employers.
• Support apprentices to navigate their journey with TAFE SA’s delivery arrangements.
• Develop and maintain internal and external relationships across the sector.
