Marriott Hotels on the Gold Coast is seeking an Apprentice Chef to support our culinary teams across multiple kitchen sections. This entry-level role offers hands-on training in a globally recognised hotel brand and real kitchen experience.

The program starts February and runs 18–24 months, with mentorship, knives, uniform and access to industry-leading training. Full-time availability and working rights in Australia are required.
