Job summary

Palomar Building in Sydney is seeking a motivated 2nd–4th Year Apprentice Carpenter to grow through high-end architectural residential projects with experienced carpenters.

You will gain hands-on experience with premium materials and detailed finishes, learning across all carpentry stages from framing to finishing in a supportive, family-run team. Ongoing mentoring and training will help you advance toward leadership roles and long-term opportunities.

Qualifications

• Currently completing a 2nd, 3rd or 4th year carpentry apprenticeship.
• Genuine interest in high-end residential and architectural construction.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
• Ability to work well within a small team.
• Good communication skills and a willingness to take direction.
