Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience across building services, including carpentry, plastering, tiling, concreting and minor plumbing.
• Assist with bathroom upgrades, disability access modifications, and general renovations.
• Work safely on site and communicate with clients and tenants.
• Develop multi-skilled capability across trades through on-the-job training.

About the Role:

We are currently seeking a motivated Carpentry Apprentice to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience across a wide range of building services, including:

• Bathroom upgrades and modifications
• Disability access modifications
• Retaining walls, extensions, ramps and pergolas
• Fire, flood, and storm damage repairs
• General renovations and maintenance work
• Due to the diverse nature of our projects, you’ll gain valuable experience not only in carpentry, but also in plastering, tiling, concreting, and minor plumbing – making you a highly versatile tradesperson by the end of your apprenticeship.

• Reliable and keen to learn
• Hardworking with a positive attitude
• Comfortable communicating with clients, including tenants
• A team player with a good sense of humour

Requirements:

• White Card (mandatory)
• Current driver's licence (preferred, but not essential)

Based in Melbourne’s Eastern suburbs – anywhere from Doncaster to Dandenong, including Blackburn, Ringwood, Croydon, Yarra Glen, Glen Waverley, Narre Warren, Dandenong, and surrounding areas
