Job summary

Brisbuilt Pty Ltd is seeking a 2nd–4th year carpentry apprentice or a mature candidate with building knowledge to join our team on commercial and residential projects in Brisbane. You will be supported to learn the trade, undertake carpentry and labouring duties, and contribute to on-site safety and quality.

We value a positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn. A current driver’s licence and own transport are preferred as sites vary across the area.

Qualifications

• 2nd, 3rd or 4th year carpentry apprentice or mature person entering the trade.
• Commercial and/or residential construction experience preferred.
• Positive attitude, reliable, punctual and well-presented.

• Undertake carpentry and labouring duties on commercial and residential projects.
• Maintain an understanding of WHS and on-site safety.

Brisbuilt Pty Ltd is a specialist commercial construction, maintenance and fit out services company with current residential projects. We are looking for a 2nd, 3rd or 4th year apprentice with commercial and/or residential construction trade experience or a mature person with some building knowledge and a strong desire to learn looking to enter a carpentry apprenticeship or provide skilled labour.

Key responsibilities

Undertake carpentry and labouring duties on commercial and residential construction projects

Maintain a good understanding of WHS and on-site safety

Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and take pride in work

About you

2nd, 3rd or 4th year apprentice or mature person with building knowledge

Commercial and/or residential construction trade experience preferred

Positive attitude and willingness to adapt

Punctual, reliable, clean cut and well presented

Able to take direction but also think for themselves

Current driver's licence and own reliable transport
