RGM Maintenance in Rocklea, Queensland is seeking an Apprentice Boilermaker to join our team. This permanent, full-time role offers hands-on experience in metal fabrication and assembly, contributing to high-quality automotive components.

You will work alongside experienced tradespeople, gaining hands-on experience in welding, chassis work, CAD interpretation and workshop tool usage in a safe, supportive environment.

Responsabilités

• General metal fabrication
• Welding using MIG and TIG
• Chassis modifications to new and used trucks
• Chassis extensions and shortening
• Fabrication and installation of truck bodies
• Building Tipper Bodies, Curtainsiders, Beavertails and Flat Trays
• Reading and understanding drawings
• Learning to interpret CAD drawings
• Using a range of workshop tools and equipment
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Completing job paperwork and record keeping

We are seeking a motivated Apprentice Boilermaker to join our dynamic team in Rocklea, Ashover Road, Queensland. This permanent, full-time position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in the automotive industry. As an Apprentice Boilermaker, you will learn essential skills in metal fabrication and assembly, contributing to the production of high-quality automotive components.

About the Role

As an Apprentice Boilermaker, you will work alongside experienced tradespeople while developing your skills and completing your apprenticeship.

You will gain hands‑on experience in:

• General metal fabrication
• Welding using MIG and TIG
• Chassis modifications to new and used trucks
• Chassis extensions and shortening
• Fabrication and installation of truck bodies
