Prahran Bakery is seeking an apprentice baker to join our team in Victoria. Start times will be between 3:00–4:00 AM, with early mornings essential.

All products are made from scratch using authentic traditional methods, with hands-on training covering dough prep, hand moulding, proving and baking techniques. Working days are Tuesday to Saturday, offering a comprehensive introduction to bakery skills.

Qualifications

• Apprenticeship opportunity in bakery with hands-on dough preparation and baking techniques.
• Early morning start required; shifts between 3:00–4:00 AM.
• Learn pastry products through traditional, from-scratch methods.

With our business growing we are looking for an apprentice baker.

Early morning start times are required for this position.

All our products are made from scratch using authentic traditional methods. No premixes!!

As well as dough preparation , hand moulding , proving and baking techniques , problem solving you will have an opportunity to learn a full range of pastry products.

Working days would be Tuesday to Saturday.
