Job summary

Precise Tree Services in Melbourne is offering an Arborist trainee opportunity to complete a Certificate III in Arboriculture through a mix of formal training and hands-on site work. You will gain experience pruning, managing trees, stump removal and more while helping keep job sites safe and efficient.

Responsibilities

• Undertake tasks such as tree pruning, tree management, tree stump removal and much more.
• Cleaning up the job site, including feeding branches into the chipper machine.
• Participate in safety operations & training
• Use hand and power tools and equipment to trim trees as chipper machine, chainsaw etc.
• Assist in general maintenance duties that are within the limits of the skills, competence and ability of a trainee.

You will complete aCertificate III in Arboriculture through a combination of formal training with a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and practical on-the-job experience.

Throughout your formal training and practical experience on job sites, you will have the opportunity to:
