Are you a senior developer ready for your next big challenge? This is your chance to move into a leadership role while still staying close to the code. We are looking for a Lead Developer to take ownership of our applications and integrations, work across exciting enterprise-scale projects, and influence the technical direction of the business.

What you'll do:

Lead the design and development of modern, high-performing applications and integrations

Continue coding while mentoring and guiding other developers

Work with tools like Boomi, MuleSoft, or Azure alongside Java, C#, and cloud platforms

Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to deliver on key projects

Shape and own the technical roadmap to ensure systems are scalable, secure, and future-ready

What you bring:

5+ years in software development with strong application architecture experience

Skills across Java, .NET, Node.js, Python, MS PowerApps, React, or similar stacks

Experience with microservices, API management, integration frameworks, and cloud platforms

Familiarity with enterprise-scale development and modernisation projects

Knowledge of Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD methodologies

Understanding of IaaS, PaaS, SaaS models and cloud-native architecture

Strong communication skills and an appetite for stepping into leadership
