State Trustees in Footscray, Victoria, is seeking an Application Analyst Developer to join the Technology, Transformation and Operations team. The role involves turning business needs into technical solutions, ensuring reliable systems, and working across development, support, and enhancement.

You will work with Oracle E-Business Suite, perform advanced SQL, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver improvements while supporting releases in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Extensive Oracle E-Business Suite experience across Payables, P2P, Order Management and Financials.
• Advanced SQL skills, including scripting and performance tuning.
• Experience with application support and development across a range of technologies.
• Experience with incident, problem and change management.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.
• A tertiary qualification in IT, business or related discipline, or equivalent experience.

About the role

We're looking for an Application Analyst Developer to join our Technology, Transformation and Operations team and help us make sure our critical business applications are reliable, effective and continually improving.

This is a hands-on role where you'll work across application development, support and enhancement. You'll take business needs and turn them into practical technical solutions, while also getting to the heart of complex system issues and finding sustainable ways to resolve them.

What You'll Do
