State Trustees Limited is seeking an Application Analyst Developer in Melbourne to join the Technology, Transformation and Operations team. The role involves turning business needs into practical Oracle E-Business Suite and SQL solutions, across development, support and enhancement.

You will troubleshoot complex issues, optimise performance and work with stakeholders to deliver reliable, continually improving systems within a flexible hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive Oracle E-Business Suite experience across Payables, P2P, Order Management and Financials.
• Advanced SQL skills, including scripting, debugging and performance optimisation.
• Application support and development experience across a range of technologies.
• Experience with incident, problem and change management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

About the role

We're looking for an Application Analyst Developer to join our Technology, Transformation and Operations team and help us make sure our critical business applications are reliable, effective and continually improving. This is a hands-on role where you'll work across application development, support and enhancement. You'll take business needs and turn them into practical technical solutions, while also getting to the heart of complex system issues and finding sustainable ways to resolve them.

What You'll Do
