Job summary

State Trustees is seeking an Application Analyst Developer in Footscray to turn business needs into technical solutions across the application lifecycle. You will develop and enhance Oracle E-Business Suite-based applications while resolving complex issues and improving system performance.

The role requires strong SQL, application support and collaboration with stakeholders. Hybrid work arrangements apply, with focus on reliability, optimization and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Extensive Oracle E-Business Suite experience across Payables, P2P, Order Management and Financials.
• Advanced SQL skills, including scripting, debugging and performance optimisation.
• Application support and development experience across a range of technologies.
• Experience with incident, problem and change management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.
• A tertiary qualification in IT, business or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

About the role

At State Trustees, technology plays an important role in helping us deliver better outcomes for Victorians. We're looking for an Application Analyst Developer to join our Technology, Transformation and Operations team and help us make sure our critical business applications are reliable, effective and continually improving.

This is a hands-on role where you'll work across application development, support and enhancement. You'll take business needs and turn them into practical technical solutions, while also getting to the heart of complex system issues and finding sustainable ways to resolve them.

What You'll Do
