Job summary

Luxoft is seeking an Appian Architect with 10+ years of experience to lead the design, development and delivery of enterprise-scale Appian solutions. The role focuses on architectural standards, technical leadership and mentoring teams to ensure successful delivery across complex BPMN, SAIL, data models and integrations.

You will drive Appian RPA, AI Skills, and AI Agents initiatives, architect data fabric and REST/API-led integrations while collaborating with business stakeholders and delivery

Qualifications

• Experience designing Appian solutions on Appian Cloud, AWS, Azure, On Prem, Hybrid Architectures.
• Experience in Appian Process Models, Rules & Expressions, Data Management including Complex Data Types, XSDs, SQL, Inter Process Communication, RBAC, and Process Reporting on Appian 20.X and above.
• Implement security, scalability, disaster recovery, and high availability solutions.
• Integration solutions using REST APIs, SOAP Services, Web Services, Message Queues, ESB
• Showcase robust database principles with Stored Procedures, MySQL or SQL Server.
• Possess Appian Certification aligned with experience level.
• Embrace an Agile mindset and familiarity with Agile methodologies and automation-focused solutions.
• Offer a blend of technical prowess, business acumen, leadership, and knowledge transfer.

Responsibilities

• Architect enterprise Appian solutions covering BPMN workflows, SAIL interfaces, record types, data architecture, integrations, reporting and security.
• Define scalable architecture, reusable design patterns, development standards and Appian governance best practices.
• Design and deliver Appian RPA solutions for high-volume automation and efficiency.
• Implement Appian AI Skills and AI Agents for intelligent document processing and decision-making.
• Architect Appian Data Fabric solutions using records, relationships, synchronization and secure data models.
• Design REST/API-led integration architectures and develop microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
• Architect complex digital onboarding, origination, credit and payment workflows for banking platforms.
• Design integrations with SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, ServiceNow, MS Dynamics and legacy systems.
• Conduct solution architecture reviews and provide technical leadership to Appian teams.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Lead estimations, options, decisions and planning for enterprise transformation programs.
• Own architecture throughout SDLC including deployment and post-production support.
• Lead production deployments, release management, and root-cause analysis for critical issues.
• Define integration and automation strategies across Appian, RPA, AI, REST services and microservices.
• Drive modernization of legacy BPM solutions and Appian-driven automation.
• Mentor developers and technical leads, enforcing standards and reuse.
