Job summary

ClickUp is seeking a Sales Leader to own and accelerate revenue growth across the APJ region, focusing on Australia and New Zealand. This foundational leadership hire will build a direct commercial and enterprise motion while partnering with channels to scale a broader APJ GTM.

You will recruit and develop local AEs, manage expansion, and drive pipeline with strategic account planning and executive relationships.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in B2B SaaS sales with leadership (Director+).
• Proven track record building and scaling sales teams in ANZ.
• Familiar with channel-led and partner-driven GTM motions.
• Skilled selling to commercial and enterprise APJ markets.
• History of delivering ARR targets with direct and partner influence.
• Ability to influence at C-level with customers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the commercial/enterprise sales function in Australia and New Zealand.
• Develop pipeline strategy aligned to aggressive growth goals.
• Recruit, hire, and develop Commercial & Enterprise AEs locally.
• Manage expansion sales team and grow current accounts.
• Build local brand credibility through events, PR, and executive relationships.
• Collaborate with Solution Consulting and Professional Services on complex evaluations.
