Job summary

HCF Australia in Sydney CBD is seeking an Integration Developer to design, develop and manage a standardised integration layer across systems and partner platforms. You will work with RESTful APIs, events, CI/CD, and provide technical documentation while aligning with security and regulatory standards.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in IT and 2+ years’ integration experience; the team values collaboration, learning, and delivering reliable integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related discipline.
• At least two years’ experience developing integration applications or services.
• Proven API design and development capabilities.
• Experience with integration platforms such as MuleSoft, TIBCO, IBM, Oracle, Azure, AWS.
• Experience with CI/CD workflows (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, TFS).
• Experience with REST, JSON, XML and data APIs.
• Experience with Agile delivery environments.
• Strong documentation and diagramming skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze system requirements and impacts for new/enhanced applications.
• Design, code and test integration solutions with RESTful APIs and message queues.
• Collaborate with business users, analysts and architects to refine needs.
• Implement and optimize integration processes for data exchange across systems.
• Ensure data security and regulatory compliance for all integrations.
• Document interfaces and provide technical guidance across the team.
