Job summary

Optimum Health Solutions in Tasmania seeks an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) to join our growing team and manage an established caseload across clinics and community roles. You'll deliver evidence-based nutrition care, support clients with disability/NDIS needs, weight management, and chronic disease management.

Qualifications

• APD status with at least 2 years' clinical dietetics experience.
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a team.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.
• Flexibility to work across clinic and community settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and develop personalised nutrition plans.
• Counsel clients using motivational interviewing techniques.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve holistic outcomes.
