Job summary

Ability WA invites a Dietitian to join our Perth-based team, delivering evidence-based nutrition support to people with disability. You will manage your own caseload, partnering with families and schools to improve health, participation and quality of life.

We offer hybrid work options, a 2-year development pathway, and strong emphasis on wellbeing. Eligible applicants are licensed Dietitians with ADA accreditation and a willingness to travel for community visits.

Qualifications

• tertiary qualification in Dietetics.
• Accreditation with Dietitians Association of Australia.
• Experience working with customers with complex needs is highly regarded.
• Driver’s Licence and ability to travel for community visits.
• Mandatory checks: NDIS Worker Screening, Working with Children, National Police Clearance, First Aid.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based intervention to people living with disability.
• Manage your caseload with flexibility to shape your day and areas of interest.
• Empower customers through a person-centred approach.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary therapy team using the key worker model.
• Provide support and education across hub and community settings.
• Work closely with families, schools, hospitals, and other support networks.
• Champion continuous improvement, reflective practice and quality outcomes.
• Mentor and support less experienced clinicians, contributing to a positive team culture.
