Job summary

GO2 Health is seeking an Accredited Practising Dietitian for a contractor role, delivering Saturday and evening consultations within a multi-disciplinary clinic focused on veterans, chronic disease management, rehabilitation, and preventative care. You will collaborate with GPs and allied health professionals to provide integrated nutrition care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Nutrition & Dietetics.
• Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) status with Dietitians Australia.
• Experience in private practice or community health settings.
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills.
• Commitment to working in a multi-modality team.
• Proven ability to engage effectively with ex-service members and understand the veteran community (Highly Desirable).
• Familiarity with Best Practice software, telehealth, and group facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutrition assessment and counselling in private practice or community health settings.
• Deliver Saturday and evening nutrition consultations as a contractor.
• Collaborate with GPs, physiotherapists and other health professionals to coordinate care.
• Support growth of the clinic’s nutrition services.
• Participate in case conferences and shared care planning.
