Job summary

Redpath Partners is partnering with a Sydney developer to appoint an Assistant Development Manager. You will work with the Senior Development Manager and Development Director across a portfolio of build-to-sell apartment projects, taking on greater responsibility as experience grows.

Qualifications

Strong experience across the delivery of apartment projects.
Ability to coordinate multiple consultants, contractors and councils.
Experience with budgets, cashflows and project reporting.

Responsibilities

Support the development and delivery of apartment projects from planning through to construction and completion.
Coordinate consultants, contractors, councils and authorities to maintain project programme and approvals.
Assist with budgets, feasibility, cashflows, cost reporting and project reporting.
Coordinate design development, documentation and value-management initiatives.
Monitor construction progress and assist with issue resolution and project coordination.
Support the preparation and management of DAs, CCs and planning submissions.
Prepare internal reports, analysis and briefing documents for senior leadership.
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to keep projects progressing.
Support marketing, sales coordination, purchaser communication and settlement processes where required.
