Job summary
Sharp & Carter is seeking a Sales Application Engineer for a global leader in water analysis and testing solutions. You will provide pre-sales support, product demonstrations, and technical training across municipal, environmental, and industrial water applications, enabling customers and distributors to succeed.
This field-based role involves extensive travel in APAC, collaborating with sales and product teams to drive growth, deliver customer value, and strengthen partner capabilities through
Qualifications
- Degree in Chemistry, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience in water analysis or environmental testing, with analytical instrumentation.
- Proven background in customer-facing Applications Engineer or Technical Sales role.
- Strong presentation, training, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to support commercial discussions with technical credibility.
- Willingness to travel extensively across APAC.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical pre-sales support to customers, distributors, and sales teams.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations.
- Support complex sales opportunities, tenders, and solution development.
- Deliver technical training and enablement for distributor partners.
- Provide troubleshooting and post-sales technical support.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to drive regional growth.
