Job summary

DHL is seeking a Regional Warehouse IT Solution Lead to drive APAC System Driven Operations from Sydney, leading regional adoption of scalable warehouse modules and standards. The role focuses on reducing manual interventions, automating processes, and upholding best practices in warehouse technology across multiple countries.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in supply chain/warehousing technology, deep expertise in Manhattan Active WM, strong stakeholder management, and experience

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehousing, or Warehouse Technology.
• Experience supporting warehouse operations across multi-country environments.
• Exposure to implementations, support, and continuous improvement.
• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or equivalent.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems, preferably Manhattan Active WM.

Responsibilities

• Lead the APAC System Driven Operations agenda by identifying opportunities to reduce manual intervention and increase automation.
• Drive the design, governance, versioning, and regional adoption of reusable warehouse modules and APAC standards.
• Develop modular solutions including process flows, configuration guidance, test scripts, user instructions, release notes, and training materials.
• Promote adoption of new warehouse functionality and ensure capabilities are packaged into reusable regional assets.
• Act as the regional WMS SME, providing guidance on warehouse processes, solution design, and best practices.
