APAC Transformation Leader: Strategic PMO & Change

Job summary

Vantive is seeking an APAC Transformation Lead to steer regional strategic projects, providing disciplined governance, PMO cadence, change management, communications and executive reporting to enable sustainable improvements across ANZ/APAC.

The role is hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days remote) and based in Sydney, reporting to the Senior Director, APAC Supply Chain and Logistics. You will partner with senior leaders to define priorities and drive measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Project Management, Change Management, Communications or related field.
• PMO, change management or continuous improvement certifications are desirable (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, Prosci).
• Experience leading or coordinating complex regional transformation, PMO, supply chain or operations programs.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and preparing executive-level reporting.
• Proven ability in change management, organizational design, stakeholder engagement and risk management.
• Experience developing job descriptions, capability frameworks or operating model changes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain regional PMO rhythm for strategic projects with governance and milestone reporting.
• Coordinate transformation workstreams across Supply Chain and related functions with clear priorities.
• Develop high-quality executive reporting for Senior Director and regional leadership forums.
• Lead change management planning, including stakeholder impact assessments and adoption measures.
• Support organizational design activities and transition planning.
• Foster learning communities to accelerate adoption of new ways of working.
• Create clear communications to align impacted teams and leadership groups.
• Identify and manage transformation risks, issues and interdependencies.
• Facilitate governance meetings with agendas, pre-reads and action tracking.
• Support benefits realization by tracking outcomes and identifying barriers.
