Job summary

Vantive seeks an APAC Transformation Lead to drive strategic projects across ANZ/APAC from its Sydney area HQ. You will lead PMO cadence, governance, change management and risk controls for sustainable improvements.

The role requires collaboration with senior leaders, cross-functional workstreams and a focus on measurable outcomes, benefits realisation and leadership reporting. Hybrid work arrangement in Australia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, supply chain, project management, change management, communications or related field.
• Experience leading or coordinating complex regional transformation, PMO, supply chain, operations or business improvement programs.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and preparing executive-level reporting.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain regional PMO rhythm for strategic projects and governance.
• Coordinate transformation workstreams across Supply Chain and related functions.
• Develop high-quality executive reporting for senior leadership forums.
• Lead change management planning, readiness activities and adoption measures.
• Support organisational design activities including role clarity and capability frameworks.
• Foster regional communities of learning to accelerate adoption of new ways of working.
• Create timely communications to build alignment across teams and leadership groups.
• Identify and manage transformation risks, issues and dependencies.
